Brief Introduction
 Dalian
Electric Power Survey & Design Institute was founded
as early as 1956.It was authorized "Second-Class Qualification
for Electric Engineering Survey & Design" by Construction
Ministry of State in 1993 and "Second-Class Qualification for
Electric Engineering Consultation" by National Programming
Committee in 1997. It could undertake electric power transmission
and substation project below 220kV inclusive 220kV. Now we are applying
for the Third-Class Qualification for Civil Construction Design
and Survey.
 The
institute has a staff of over 60,among whom 45 are technicians.It
has seven professional departments,i.e.,system, substation, transmission,
construction, communication, survey and technical economy. It locates
at No.69 Toren street,Xigang district,Dalian,China，with about 2000
square meters working area.In modern work method,all the engineering
designing rooms are partitioned off different units.All the profession
design adopt computer painting.It is equipped with assorted engineering
duplicators, painting machine, work station,and so on.Because it
has sufficient talented technicians and is provided with modern
technique equipment,Dalian Electric Power Survey & Design Institute
has made exemplary accomplishment comparing with other institute
of the same profession.
The institute has completed more
than 500 various engineering items in the past 40 years Since establishment,including
constructing and re-constructing more than 100 substations and 1000
kilometers transmission line of 220kV and 66kV.
 We
have made outstanding achievement in the respect of city network
construction since reformation and open policy.There are many 66kV
small-size power substations awarded in succession Science and Technology
Awards of Northeast Electric Group, Liaoning Province, Ministry
and the State.We started to march international market in 1998,
and took part in electric power engineering bid project in Bangladesh,and
the designing for 69kV transmission line and substation new construction
project.In the fulfillment,we have gained valuable experience of
biding and designing on the international electric power project.
We insist on the
stable development, and were accredited to ISO9001 in September
1999. We have got good reputation for our principle and target,which
is insisting the way of being based on human , and insisting the
technology progresses, and insisting science the management, and
insisting the way of the customer supremacy.
