66kV Wangjiagou Power Substation
|
In
the respect of electric power system
programming and researching, in order to meet the need of electric
power construction development,and to grasp the variety of electric
power system in time,and to accurately bring up a feasible project
to connect into the system,we introduced the electric power programing
software ERACLES and the electric power system analysis procedure
PSASP from France in 1996,which was applied to the planing of Dalian
city network.So far,we have successfully accomplished over 30 researches
such as large-scale electricity network programming report, system
network research, and power transformation and transmission projects,and
so on. Among these item,there are many items wining higher evaluation
in check and application.After years of efforts, we have accumulated
much experience, and trained many specialists.

In
the substation engineering aspect,there are more successful designings.In
the one hand of the 220kV substation,we have fulfilled many design
projects of reconstructing ,expanding,moving substations such as
Dalian substation,Zhuanghe substation,Shongshu substation,and so
on.The complicacy of these projects exceed constructing a entire
220kV substation.In the fulfillment,we have obtained the ability
of designing 220kV power substations.In the other hand of the 66kV
substation,early in the 80's, we successfully finished the designing
of the downtown small-size indoor power substation by using imported
equipment, and was granted Science & Technology Progressive
Awards in the province, city and Northeast Electric Power Group.
In 1998,for the first time,we adopted domestic equipments totally,finished
the new mode designing of the small-size indoor power substation,and
broke normal designing methods of the small-size indoor power substation
used in the last years.66kV indoor power substation went into a
new stage on the small-size and adopting domestic equipments. It
was granted Science & Technology Progressive Awards in the state,ministry.In
the 90's,We had finished the other two new mode designing of the
66kV substation.one mode is an integral whole of civil construction
and substation,the other mode is unmanned on duty substation.We
had successfully resolved fireproofing,airiness,noise of substation,and
so on.We learned foreign advanced principle on unmanned on duty
substation,simplified connection and avoided repeated links,non-oil
switch equipment, and adopted micro-processing protection, control
equipmentand some other automatic facilities.We had realized unmanned
on duty power substation.In 1994, we finished the design project
of 66kv Victory Square underground power substation,whivh was the
largest capacity and scale 66kV underground power substation in
the area of Northeast at that time.

In
the transmission engineering aspect,we have fulfilled more than
1000 design projects of 66kV and 220kV power transmission lines
since establishment in 1956. In the early 70's, we successfully
finished the designing of 66kV Shicheng Line with a big span 1120
meters(spaning the sea)transmission line reconstruction. In the
early 80's, we designed by oneself 66kV transmission tower with
double loop and double split lines to meet the need of city electric
power network construction,and so as to adapt to network development
and improvement. From 80's to now, we have finished over 20 design
projects of 66kV cable, and had successful designing experience
on the cable subsection and T-connection.

We
have professional survey personnel engaging in control survey, project
survey and topography survey. We have advanced survey instruments
such as total station,precision water level, etc, and necessary
the project survey software. Our survey personnel is more professional
and experienced than the same kind of design institute

In
the respect of communication designs,we started to undertake communication
design work for electricity power system and power substation since
1997. We have accomplished over 30 projects of optical communication.
There are 6 projects of OPGW reuniting the ground line optical cable
communication and 5 projects of ADSS optical cable communication
among them.Particular on the combination of OPGW reuniting the ground
line optical cable and transmission line ,ADSS optical cable and
old transmission line reconstruction,we have accumulated much design
experience.

In
the overseas engineering aspect,we started to march abroad in 1997,
were engaged in bid for the projects of power transformation and
transmission in Bangladesh.At the same year,we were also engaged
in the second stage engineering design of 69kV power transformation
and transmission projects in Antigua. In 2001, we had a bid for
projects of 132kV and 66kV power substation in Nepal.In the fulfillment
in the last years, we have gained experience,promoted our personnel
ability.

We have total 58 employees, 10 with senior title for technical
personnel, 21 with Intermediate title for technical personnel, 14
engineer assistants, one first-class certificated architect, one
first-class certificated building structure engineer, four second-class
certificated architects, two second-class certificated building
structure engineers, and two certificated evaluators.
The institute contains seven professional sections,such as system,
power substation, power transmission, construction, communication,
technical economy and survey. The most important thing, we think,
is the cultivation of qualified personnel, so that we made many
restrictions and training programs for it.
